Significant Milestones
Tuesday, August 24, 2010
Dear Grace,
Our apologies for not updating the blog regularly. Reason as this is the busy time of the year for your mummy and me due to examinations and keeping you engaged. Well, Papa is back at it again.
Since the last update, key milestones have taken place. You have started to - self-feed - top and bottom teeth have all started growing - talk - walk
We are letting you experiment with feeding yourself. So far so good, except for the flying corn, the use of fingers, the mess on the high chair and dirtying your hair.
The growth of your teeth is accompanied by lots of salivating. Currently, Papa sees 9 (Mummy sees 8). Reason: I’m the eagle eye J
You have also started talking, unfortunately mainly directed at your mummy. You acknowledge her by pointing at her and addressing “Mama”. You have also greeted your grandma, “Ah ma” on a few occasions. Mmmmmmm, when is it going to be the man’s turn?
Taking a few unsteady steps all by yourself. This means more work for us to ensure that no nasty accidents happen to scar my beautiful daughter.
